Week against loneliness

We look back to a succesfull week against loneliness with a very special Soup/Stew-at-home day.

The day began at Brasserie Nel in Amsterdam where we had soup and stew with a bunch of elderly people. Our own grandma Loeki sang a beautiful serenade about the new Stampotjes and Stoofpotjes. Afterwards the volunteers, including Julia Sinning, Eleanor Dingemans en Henk Krol, set off to deliver Oma’s Stampotjes and Oma’s Stoofpotjes to 150 lonely elderly people.

Another highlight of the day was the presentation of the new Oma’s Soep cookery book which contains 50 amazing soup recipes. The envolved granny’s were given an extra word of appreciation.
